Reservations & Bookings
• Reservations can be made online through our website, third-party portals, or directly at the hotel.
• A valid ID proof (as per Government regulations) is required at check-in.
• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or advance deposit.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Payment Policy
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash at the property.
• For online bookings, payment must be made through our secure payment gateway.
• All prices are displayed in [INR] and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• HOTEL MELODY is not responsible for any additional charges by your bank/payment provider.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in: Full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s tariff will be charged.
• No-shows: No refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
Restaurant & Dining Policy
• Outside food & beverages are not permitted.
• Alcohol consumption is subject to state laws and hotel policy.
• Any damage to restaurant property due to negligence will be charged to the guest.
Guest Conduct
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
• Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons are strictly prohibited.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in misconduct.
Liability
• HOTEL MELODY is not responsible for:
• - Loss/theft of valuables not deposited in the hotel safe.
• - Any injury, illness, or accident due to negligence by the guest.
• Use of hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc. if applicable) is at the guest’s own risk.

• The website is intended for lawful use only.
• Prices, offers, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of content is prohibited.
Force Majeure
• HOTEL MELODY will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
